Planning - This relates to our project because we have to plan out how we are going to tackle challenges and go about the project. Who is going to do what, when are things going to happen etc.
Hierarchy - This relates to our group because we will have to work out a group hierarchy, in terms of who will do what, and what peoples jobs and places in the team are. As well as the hierarchy of the program and editor, so what needs to be completed first or completed before other things can be started.
